The following are our tarrifs for each room. All rates are on a per room, per night basis. Please note the conditions on the right of this page - these are conditions of your booking.

Courtyard Bedroom

Our Courtyard Bedroom is a fabulous retreat offering both luxury and comfort. We have equipped the room with all the items you would expect for your break. The room has full ensuite facilities, hot drink facilities and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Vale View Bedroom

Our Vale View Bedroom offers an equally luxurious escape. Although the room is slightly smaller there is still the king size bed to ensure that your stay is as relaxing as it is memorable. The room has full ensuite facilities, hot drink facilities and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Courtyard Single

Our Courtyard Single Bedroom is our single room for the individual looking for a weekend away. It offers the perfect rest stop for the ambitious walker looking to get away from it all! As with the other rooms it has full ensuite facilities, hot drink facilities and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

The Breakfast

We offer a substantial Continental Breakfast including a selection of cheeses, hams & salamis which can be accompanied by scrambled eggs, oak smoked salmon or finest quality Welsh bacon. Additionally, cereal, muesli and fresh berries together with the finest yoghurts and home made breads, brioche & croissants are provided. A wide selection of Twinning Teas & fresh Kenyan coffee help complete a wonderful start to your day at Ty Derw.

Booking Conditions

1. Prices are listed in UK pounds sterling and include V.A.T.

2. In the interests of all our guests, there is a strict NO SMOKING policy in all rooms and on the grounds.

3. Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Although we cannot guarentee rooms prior to this, we do have provision for you to drop your bags off until your room is available.

4. Check-out time is 10.30am on day of departure. Unfortunately, in order to prepare the rooms for subsequent guests, this time is not negotiable.

5. A complimentary breakfast is available to all guests. There is no charge for the breakfast hence there is no refund where breakfast is not taken.

6. Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 9:30am.
